Pros

Defiantly builds GREAT character. Stripes is one of the busiest convenient stores around. Lots of new people everyday and also a great way to get any great job experience, if you can hang in there!

Cons

Stripes do require a lot of work... constant great customer service skills throughout every shift, ex. "Hello, welcome to stripes" to every customer that enters your store. Constant cleaning and maintaining a clean safe environment for your customers. Have to be flexible, no lunch breaks, and be prepared to stand and move around your whole shift.

Pros

I can't think of one positive aspect about this company.

Cons

Wait 6 months or more to he reimbursed for job related expenses. Hold mandatory meetings for one day quarterly from 9-5 and will not pay for a hotel room even if you live 4 hours away. They expect GM's to use personal cell phones for data since the company uses broadband and the needs must be wifi. They do not give anyone the tools to succeed. Get paid salary for 50 hours but GM's always work 65 hours a week.
