Great benefits and pay, able to help patients with indirect care!

Cons

Constant change, like every week so you never really know if you’re doing the correct thing and then if you are it changes the next week. Some management who do not actually do your job are the ones making changes

I am consistently impressed by Strive's unwavering commitment to its mission of delivering compassionate kidney care. This shared purpose fosters a strong sense of unity among employees, regardless of their team, as we all strive towards the same critical goal. Strive's dedication to continuous improvement is evident in its proactive approach to gathering feedback from all levels – from frontline employees to senior leadership. This commitment ensures that we are constantly evolving and striving to be the best in the industry.

Cons

The fast-paced environment, while demanding, provides ample opportunities for innovation and rapid growth. However, the remote work environment presents a unique challenge in effectively cascading communications across the organization. Strive is actively working to address this by implementing new communication strategies, and I am confident that these efforts will further enhance employee engagement and alignment.
