I enjoy the flexibility the company allows and the amenities they have to offer us (gym, food, events, etc). I enjoy leadership within my own department and appreciate the help they provide

Cons

Raises are very minimal here and typically very small when they do happen

The Customer Success Team was incredible! The leadership was strong and the supportive environment within the team was super.

Cons

They are pulling away from remote work, and they laid-off the entire department with as little as one day's notice. After telling the team that they were moving to in-office staffing, the CEO said in a company-wide meeting that he "laid-off everyone who was not working." The numbers and goals set and reached simply do not support that statement.
