There weren't clear ways to move up within the company and promote from one level to another. Often, the executive team would make decisions without input from the workers. In the time I was there, the executive team was also replaced at least three times. These things gave you a feeling of transient employment and inspired fear based work.

Never expect to be paid commensurate with your skillsets. They offset this by selling you on the generous PTO, fairly lax office environment and frequent equipment replacement/upgrades. Also, there is no accountability whatsoever in any department. I’ve seen one particular member of department leadership (male) openly and aggressively sexually harass a colleague (also a male) multiple times in my presence. If you like getting away with murder, this is the place for you. No one will report him because of the overwhelmingly pro-LGBTQ agenda here which is crazy because the company owner is himself is a pretty well known right-winger (locally). Also, if you’re Christian or conservative, get ready to hear people openly mock your beliefs and viewpoints in front of you - especially if you’re in I.T. / DevOps, etc.
