      Pros

      I absolutely Love working for Strongmind! I love being part of a team and getting stuff done and products being completed! There are Amazing people that work here that are so Creative and Innovative! I have been working for this company for 10 years! - 3 as a contractor and 3 on-site full time and It is the most awesome job I could have ever asked for! I am thankful every day!

      Pride, Passion, Progressive

      Pros

      Exceptional team vibe, tons of collaboration, everyone is open to hear and share ideas, very willing to explore new approaches, technologies, etc. Genuine pride in the work, and the students it ultimately benefits.

      Cons

      I truthfully cannot think of any con’s about being a part of this team. Pressure and stress of deadlines is balanced wonderfully with team effort, knowing when to take a breather and remembering to play. Blowing off steam in the state of the art gym attached to the building is a welcomed touch as well.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours, 4000 sqft gym inside the building, online education is a great cause. My coworkers are like family.

      Cons

      Direction and organizational methods seem to change more often than they should.
