Very small company with same work for years, not much jobs to work on, no challenging job nor any oppurtunity to learn new stuff. No room for growth or promotion. Very low salary compared to other telecom companies for the same designation. Don’t have the ability of hold good employees. No proper management!

No structure, No leadership, I saw 3 Office managers and 4 supervisors in my 15 months there, and I had to train the new managers and supervisors to what we did for no extra money. Two systems SAP and Logics which are behind technology with limited IT help that's efficient. A group that's not here in Colorado making decisions on how our facility is operating but not fixing the leadership just changing them. The Employees have more tenure than the managers and they act like it.
