Pros
Can work from anywhere and you can travel a lot while working as a field engineer.
Cons
Very small company with same work for years, not much jobs to work on, no challenging job nor any oppurtunity to learn new stuff. No room for growth or promotion. Very low salary compared to other telecom companies for the same designation. Don’t have the ability of hold good employees. No proper management!
