      Pros

      Flexible schedule, great work environment, like-minded colleagues, hands on training, can make a ton of money if you work hard, have good time management and pay attention to detail.

      Lack of advancement, tough working weather in some instances. Industry can be cut-throat

      Make decent money, decide when you work.

      Long hard hours, company doesn’t look out for you, will screw you over just to get job complete, management taking more and more money away from jobs.

      Pros

      I've worked for SC since 2015. Good pay, fun environment, challenging work. I've recommended to several friends already and will continue to do so. Great 401k match and super flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Limited advancement. Some work is seasonal only.
