I've worked for SC since 2015. Good pay, fun environment, challenging work. I've recommended to several friends already and will continue to do so. Great 401k match and super flexible schedule.
Cons
Limited advancement. Some work is seasonal only.

The management is very bad. Compensation is based on the number and type of inspections. Which can be good, but most of the time does not work out to be benifitional. You have to work with a partner. Imagine spending 20 days straight, 24 hours a day, with someone not of you choosing. Seems like the company is hiring and firing at the same time. Some of the firings have been arbitrary. The chances of advancing beyond the field are slim to none.
