Pros

Pay is good if you work hard.

Cons

Company that, unfortunately, falls short in several critical areas. Regrettably, it appears that many employees lack the necessary expertise and knowledge to perform their roles effectively, leading to inefficiencies and subpar results. Moreover, it is disheartening to note that a significant portion of the workforce seems to be affected by drug use, which undoubtedly impacts productivity and creates an unsafe working environment. Equally concerning is the apparent lack of concern from management regarding the safety of climbers. This disregard for safety raises serious concerns about the company's commitment to employee well-being and adherence to industry regulations. Overall, SC faces significant challenges that need to be addressed in order to foster a culture of professionalism, competence, and a genuine dedication to the safety and success of its employees.
