Pros

You have to be willing to really put on the hours and study. Once you've got security in understanding the product and work flow, that's when the real work begins but it gets extremely rewarding. But with anything in life, there are ups and downs and you have to learn to roll with the punches.

Cons

Some days can be 12 - 14 hour long days, and some people you will work alongside will be tough to work with but it's just part of the job.
