      Occasional gifts, attendance is not tracked in system

      Just like consulting, there is so much anxiety for billability. Managers look to blame people for issues. There is so much favouritism for buttering people. Leadership has started a new trend, that you can be assigned a work in any skill, and you have LEAD that. It seems brilliant in 1st look, but puts so much pressure on people.
