Interesting industry with ability to work remotely and connect with people internationally

Cons

Systems very old, processes very basic and manual, leadership very old school (boss mentality), lead with fear and inconsistent approach to managing people. Lots people leaving Head sales, Head of Ops, Head country and no country lead; says more than required words.
