      Pros

      Stable company that has a great reputation in the industry. Competitive pay and perks.

      Cons

      1. Very regional in terms of hiring. 2. Difficult to change roles to different divisions. A lot of politics and biases involved on who they hire in specific roles/divisions. It is all very cliche. 3. Middle management is full of insecure people that do more harm than good in projects.
