      Lots of good employee benefits and good work-life balance. Coworkers and managers are generally very kind and supportive.

      Cons

      Somewhat chaotic business processes/nuances, lots of information siloed into different teams without proper documentation so it takes a long time to get a good grasp on business processes.

Make sure to be accountable for your work at all times. Come to work fully prepared to do your best for your colleagues and patients.

      Working with colleagues who are highly competent and driven can create a toxic environment for those who are not motivated by competition. At Stryker, the salary is not competitive. I have been with the company for nine years and would only consider leaving for a higher salary.

      Stryker is a great company and is selective in its hiring, so the people are fantastic

      The comp plans change a lot and the amount of work to put in to have a competitive salary is easier to go elsewhere after getting experience
