Salary plus commissions. Support to succeed from a Fortune 500 company. Fantastic benefits and swag. Team feel across all divisions. Competitive vibe every day.

Cons

You can become a workaholic if that's your personality. If you're not the family breadwinner, your life may be out of balance. If you're single/without kids, then this job is more ideal.

Pros

Stryker does what is right— which is something I can get behind. It feels good to work for an ethical organization with an amazing mission.

Cons

They don’t always care about employee retention. One example is then switching all employees over a certain grade level to unlimited PTO with only a few weeks warning before it began. Was not fair for employees who has been saving up their PTO and could not sell it back.
