      Awfull if you a staff member in manufacturing. Saw many good people replaced by younger and hence cheaper workers.

      Pros

      Systems of work not related to people are world class. Project management experience second to none. If you are into office politics this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Most of the time spent pandering to the Gallup Q12 system which plays plants against each other. Too much politics. Many managers are poor.

      Stryker Biotech exudes a friendly atmosphere that entices learning. We are a fast paced company that promotes indivdual growth at every opportunity.

      Cons

      Stryker Biotech is a smaller company with fewer resources than are needed ergo, the employees have to do a lot of their own support work that bigger companies have departments for.

      - great compensation - take on a great portfolio - lot of responsibility - exciting industry -market leader -younf, fun environment

      Cons

      - if you don't want to go into sales, there is no career path - managers are more concerned with moving into a regional sales position than training their staff
