      Pros

      Great family atmosphere makes it a pleasure to go to work each day. Everyone tries to help each other even if it is outside of their duties. The production floor is unlike any production floors I have ever been around, it is quiet clean and people are happy and friendly.

      Cons

      There is no balance between work and life. Fifty hours a week is the norm just to keep up on normal duties. The documentation system is by far the worst part of the job.

      Due to Stryker's sheer size and number of locations inside and outside the U.S., opportunities seem endless for growth if you perform above expectations.

      Cons

      Due to Stryker's sheer size, number of locations inside and outside the U.S. as well as movement of people in and out of positions, getting to know who the right people are that can help you accomplish your goals and objectives is a bit overwhelming.

      Pros

      They are very hands on in developing thier interns for becoming a full time employee and the enviornment is very fast paced and demanding.

      Cons

      There really isn't much to say about it, other than some of the other interns did not feel as strongly about their job, but it was mostly because of a realization they did not want to work in that kind of department or field.
