Pros

Fast paced environment, passionate colleagues, initiative and innovation are recognized and welcomed, the company has been very successful and fast-growing over the past 25 years and still retains an entrepreneurial mindset despite its size.

Cons

Recently there has been too much focus on cost savings at the expense of investment into products and people. As a result, still working with antiquated systems in many areas due to improvement being postponed.

Pros

Great products and employees. Global, recognized brand

Cons

Not enough investment in Latin America. Main competitors investing more than twice in the region and obtaining great results while Stryker lacks the investments, and wants to generate even higher returns.
