Pros

• it's a job. • Nice building and gated entry and security guards, makes you feel safe if working late.

Cons

It used to be a decent company where people were really proud of what they did. But in recent year, things just changed after a few re-org. Office politics and personal agendas are no longer just road blocks, they became the great wall nobody can cross. There are a few "clubs" you have to join one and fight the others or you are done. Forget about doing something constructive. I believe the only people who actually do some real work are the interns. Salary and benefits are average, bust certainly doesn't cover the stress and frustration.

Pros

Great learning center, pressure cooker but if you can make it here, you will be set. If you going into sales or marketing, you have an upward career mobility (look at the management, they are mainly sales and marketing). R&D, good luck.

Cons

Every strategy looks on paper but very poor execution. Cross divisional collaboration and synergy, management does not realize in absence of a process, cross divisional collaboration does not work (different P/L and goals). You can hope and pray but if there is no process or management intervention, IT WILL NEVER WORK, your employees will be greatly be frustrated and think it is a joke. Career pathing for others than Sales and Marketing is non existence, they have many tools and claims to have but if your not in Sales & Marketing, you are toast.

Pros

They had good benefits and the coworkers at my direct facility were great as well.

Cons

It seemed a bit difficult when trying to move up or around in the company. It seemed like once they were comfortable with your performance at one site, they did not want to risk endangering the relationship with that facility by moving you around.
