Pros

The pay and benefits were good, unlimited sick time

Cons

onboarding was a joke, if you worked remote you were left to fend for yourself. There was no work life balance although CEO Kevin Lobo would encourage you to take the time you needed for yourself while at the same time shortening turnaround times and deadlines and demanding an increase in revenue during a recession. Morale was so low, internal teams would try to one up each other rather than work together. The culture was toxic and extremely stressful. The interview process should have been a warning with all of the assessments to make it through the process.

Good benefits but a toxic culture

Business Outlook

Pros

Diverse workforce, competitive salary package including private health insurance, annual bonus, and private pension. Facilities are modern, clean, and well maintained.

Cons

Long working hours expected due to US time zone, without additional compensation or recognition. Culture can feel inauthentic, with superficial relationships built around performance reviews. Extremely competitive environment often leads to a toxic atmosphere.
