Extremely busy with call. You are given a salary 1st year and told to learn as much as you can. But you also need to build territory while learning so you can negotiate to be commissioned into your team

Good products. Lot of resources. Driven company.

Cons

Has become a bit like Apple making the same iPhone over and over and jacking up the price. Company has grown to a point where reps are replaceable and they know it. Territories are getting smaller and smaller, as is commission. The days of reps living a cushy life and making a killing are over. We're so expensive you have to grind keep relationships up and maintain business.
