Once you leave front line sales the pay is way below industry and it's a real problem amongst most middle managers. The culture of "having to relocate" is also a log term problem for most individuals.

The hiring process is very long. It took 7 interviews even though I had worked for them before. It's a billion dollar company and every department is run like its own company which is incredibly frustrating. It makes everything harder. There are no official trainings. It's all watch and learn. Maybe the sales side is better but I hear it's rough.
