Employee Benefits, High Performing Work Teams, Outstanding career opportunities, cross training. Sites usually are well maintained, upgraded, with work spaces open and collaborative, cafe and gym. Leadership is usually very good.

Cons

High expectations for performance may require extra work per week. 50hr work week is normal. There are a lot of meetings.
