Stryker is investing a lot of money in the Vocera platform

Cons

Unfortunately, Stryker is attempting to run the Vocera business unit like any other business unit they have. Vocera is an enterprise SaaS solution and needs to be treated differently by management. Sales people are not being compensated fairly, nor are quotas realistic or achievable.
