Pros

Great benefits, great products. Good people to work with.

Cons

Major projects were extremely challenging due to many competing priorities. In some groups they tended to worry more about the tasks they were assigned and checking them off, rather than focus on the quality and paying attention to detail.

Pros

- Strong leadership team - Promotes personal learning and development - Great work life balance - Internal job transfers are recommended and even promoted if you want to learn or try something new. - Micromanagement is minimal (this will depend on your individual manager of course) - Tools/software typically available - Good education reimbursement program

Cons

- Consumed by old technology - Difficult to break old school company habits - Corporate culture causes projects to move slowly - Some departments accept the status quo and do not have the motivation to learn new things
