Pros

The company goes on and above other companies to make it's people feel like a family. The free to use gyms that are open to any employee are available 24/7 and are located at every site. The job is so fulfilling from the people that we help to working with friends.

Cons

Focus can get lost at times as to the large picture of the company with the production, however it is only in the want to get products to the doctors faster.

Pros

Stryker is filled with smart, motivated people. The company is very young in that many of the employees are between the ages of 22 and 32. Those that are older are still as fun and as active as the younger crowd. Team building is highly encouraged and offsites are a common activity. Stryker is filled with people that exercise and stay fit, so there are many activities to be involved in that way as well. Stryker makes meaningful products which also motivates workers to create high quality products.

Cons

Stryker is known to pay lower than most competitor companies. While they encourage a balanced life, work can be stressful at times as employees are pushed to make tight deadlines on time.

Pros

- You get a lot of responsibility, so there is a lot of potential for personal and professional growth - It is very easy to move around in the company if you want to explore different areas of interest - The industry is always in need, so despite the state of the economy they will always have jobs - The culture is amazing...everyone there is very fun and have great personalities - The company really promotes community, there are a lot of great company events that usually sell out/fill up quick because everyone is so excited for them...usually your coworkers become your best friends

Cons

- Usually you get paid less than others in your field, especially for this industry - There are not as many 'tech company' spoiled-worker perks in office, and the San Jose branch doesn't even have a cafeteria that serves food - Pay increases are very seldom awarded - Like many corporate offices, there is a LOT of bureaucracy
