      Pros

      Teams work together closely focusing on the same goals. A very nice culture where everyone cares about one another. Management is reachable, involved, and willing to listen.

      Cons

      Not a lot of paid holidays. Pay could be better.

      Pros

      They give out pies at Thanksgiving to everyone and award the one employee each month with Studco's Best. My boss recognizes and thanks me when I work extra or go above and beyond.

      Cons

      Not enough experienced machine operators on the floor.
