Cons

This company is useless at customer service and they do not think the customer is right. Attitude problem stems back to the original owners.

As part of our approach to how we structure our sales team globally there has been a huge effort in the last 2 years to get the team deeper into their functional areas and core competencies so we can scale the business while enhancing our service to our customers. We will continue to look for ways to hear and repsond to the VOC better!

Pros

Growing company that still has the values of a family run business. The team are friendly and management are very supportive. There is no pressure to work ridiculous hours like other businesses I have worked at.

Cons

Not all staff share the same work ethic, but they usually move on quickly. The staff that fit the positive work environment stay for years.
