We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience with Studco UK. This is our youngest region and therefore there are at times some growing pains but also great opportunities for those willing to work hard, be a part of something bigger than themselves and align to our strategic vision. As a Global company, we utilize cameras in all offices to help join our sales team in all 3 regions - the USA, UK and AUS. There is a lot of power in creating this connectivity which is seen in this visual reminder as well as the way we collaborate globally, share resources and expertise, and implement the same methodology for scaling the business. Just to reassure you the cameras do not utilize any audio; it is visual only. We do constantly ask for the team’s feedback and value the input we receive. We have advised our global staff that we will make changes where we can, but this is not always possible and will also not always happen immediately.
