      None that i can think of.

      Cons

      This company is useless at customer service and they do not think the customer is right. Attitude problem stems back to the original owners.

      We are sorry you did not feel we were customer centric enough. Providing excellent customer service aligns to our core values and is something we can and do continuousely improve on every day. As part of our approach to how we structure our sales team globally there has been a huge effort in the last 2 years to get the team deeper into their functional areas and core competencies so we can scale the business while enhancing our service to our customers. We will continue to look for ways to hear and repsond to the VOC better!

      A lot of non English speaking people are getting hired and making the job harder for those who have been there for a couple of years.
