Thank you for your feedback. We do try to help our employees maintain a good work life balance and encourage them to use their vacation and PTO. As you probably found when working here, our business hours are 7:30am-4:30pm most of our office team does normally wrap up for the day around 4:30pm. However we understand that sometimes the demands can be high, especially as we have navigated the unique challenges of the last year.
