They want your input/ideas and actually listen to them. They are supportive when you encounter a difficult situation. They make efforts to motivate their employees with special rewards.
Cons
The required notes after each tutoring session are a little tedious, but an understandable requirement.

Thank you for the feedback! We're glad to hear your experience with StudyPoint has been so positive. Best, Greg President & Co-Founder
As someone who finds joy through education, working as a StudyPoint tutor has been a magnificent opportunity. The company handles finding your students, training, cirriculum and teaching supplies, allowing you to focus on your one on one sessions. The lessons are highly organized, but not so concretely structured that they hinder your experience in education and abilities to help students learn.
Cons
One must: be willing to travel, have daily access to the internet, and be willing to work on the weekends.
