      Pros

      Good training, online, with helpful materials from the company and beyond. Very helpful program managers with positive, friendly attitudes. Never afraid to ask questions or voice concerns. Great job for someone with a college degree who needs to make a little extra money and needs a flexible schedule! Great hourly pay and good students/families. So much flexibility!

      Cons

      I would have liked to be assigned more students, but unfortunately I never was able to tutor more than 6-8 hours a week. Not a lot of room to grow within the company.

      We appreciate the feedback! There are a number of factors that impact how many assignments and hours a tutor receives (subject, location, schedule, student's needs, etc.).
