The people are great, very family oriented. The work is challenging and there is a lot of opportunity for growth.

Cons

There are way too many meetings. It's a high-security environment so it's a minor pain to come and go. The company can be slow to make changes.

Very good sense of family in the office space. Best team to work with in my entire career so far

Cons

PAY PAY PAY. So many promises of promotions and pay raises with nothing to show. It's very frustrating. Also, although talk of moving up the ladder is voiced, these positions are not going anywhere anytime soon. Your basically stuck at the bottom of the totem pole for at least 5 years.
