-The people are really what use to make this an enjoyable place to work. -The technology is interesting. -Decent pay
Cons
- the people that made the place great are leaving in droves. Many key managers that fought to preserve work life balance and positively contributed to employee growth have also left. Sadly people see the writing on the wall. - it just feels like a company at the end of its life cycle. - very resistant to exploring change and new ideas.
