This is an excellent company to work for as there are plenty of opportunities and the subject matter is exciting. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The pay is excellent if you are willing to travel.

Cons

Most of the high paying jobs require travel.

They offered more than I was making at the time.

Cons

I had three managers to report to. Micromanaged like no job I've ever had. Would give me 20 hour jobs that were due the next day...unrealistic expectations.

Pros

For the most part, TE Subcom has a great team of engineers. Get to travel around the world. Great pay. Definitely a great place to work if you are single and young!

Cons

You can be sent away, anywhere, without (much) warning. Projects can last much longer than expected. Some people are very sour. No life balance when you are on projects.
