Pros

Pretty good pay, they allow most to telework

Cons

There is a strong lack of diversity, especially in management. Training is not really offered. There are no training packages and they rely on the experience of dwindling long-term staff members. They do not take longevity or loyalty into promotional opportunities, especially if you do not fit the mold, such as being a woman or minority. The person in charge of training does not have the time or personality, or patience to effectively provide training. For those procurement professionals thinking of applying; expect frustration. Expectations are not outlined the procurement process is chaotic.

Pros

I do like the work I am doing. Lower management has your back, in most cases.

Cons

Company boasts competitive pay and benefits, but isn’t true. New hires are making close to and sometimes more than people in same position with experience. Contractors are making 2-3x as full time employees, with less responsibilities. Management seemingly does not care that people are quitting for greener pastures, creating a higher workload and more stress for loyal employees.
