Good company in a bad transition time.

Pros

Good solid company with good benefits. I think that Tyco is a good company and most problems they are now experiencing is the fault of the upper level managers in Shakopee

Cons

The Shakopee plant is in a transition. Previous operations were Transfered to Mexico. That transfer was rushed and the business is suffering. Management moved operation before Mexico was ready,quality and on times have suffered. Orders are down according to friends that are still there. The transition was a disaster.

Work Life balance, No one cares what you do , Less Pressure in the team , Lot of onsite oppurtunities without any reason

Cons

No process in place poor management no projects no policies No leaves carry forward No recognition for work No vertical or horizontal growth
