This is a company where the employees have no idea what the higher ups are doing. Decisions are made that then forced on employees regardless of the impact to them. People have salaries cut, main offices are moved, work from home revoked without notice, and even benefits are changed with no notice.

Recently bought out by different company and is - Changing schedules, cutting overtime, smaller bonuses.
