      Pros

      It’s exciting to be part of an organization that continues to grow from new opportunities. Leadership is overall approachable and trusting/trustworthy, and I feel supported in everything I do. I’ve never felt like I can’t have an honest conversation with my leader(s) and receive the same honesty and respect in return.

      Lots of change can make moments challenging for those who do not prefer that environment.
