Some systems are in place and not as effective as they could be such as driver routing and redundant paper work

Loses over 50% of it's employees within first year! Zero support from corporate in terms of equipment and staffing at it's local operations branches. Some locations are dangerous with OCEA doing inspections and threatening to shut down warehouse/office until multiple infractions are fixed. Trucks are unsafe with corporate instructing local operations to replace broken equipment with the cheapest parts available. Poorly ran company at best!
