Pros
If you can put up with it, the only reason is the salary and the bonus structure. There really is nothing else good about the company that can be said.
Cons
It is a SEVERE hostile work environment. People go home crying every night. Overtime is ridiculous. People are rude and backstabbing. Human Resources does not help in matter and the legal department turns a blind eye to everything claiming nothing is wrong. I would never recommend anyone work there and I would tell recruiters not to place people there. It is a horrible place to work.
