Great benefits, mostly friendly people who are always willing to help. Amazing training for all areas of employment. Employee referral program, tuition reimbursement, free online education.

Cons

It is a national company so all final decisions are made by someone you'll probably never meet. It makes exceeding the customer's expectations extremely difficult especially in regards to price.
