Accomodating to employees needs. Friendly managers. They make it a comfortable work environment. Consistently meet with employees to discuss performance and gain feedback. Treat employees with respect. Fun perks to show employee appreciation, such as prizes and providing food for employees. Frequently celebrate milestones and employee birthdays. It is positive work environment.

Cons

Unhappy customers can make for some difficult days. If you're great at customer service and can grit your teeth no matter how the customer treats you, this is the job for you. If you have thin skin, then don't work in this call center. Fun perks for employees to show appreciation, but those could be scrapped for better pay IMO.
