Pros

The Pay is good. Lots of vacation time. Summer hours are good. Left alone as long as you are getting your work done.

Cons

Being oncall. Lack of employees. Being oncall in the winter is brutal. We cover to large of an area when oncall.

None come to mind at the moment

Pros

Manager compensation is very good with a base and multiple bonus

Cons

Suburban has been in business for 93 years, so they have a proven system, but its outdated. Grow new customer base from aggressive introductory rate and the squeeze the margin until customers leave for a better rate. Irrelevant feature and benefits offered as an excuse to high prices. If it mandated, its not a benefit or a feature.
