Pros

You are allowed the time and latitude to do things correctly. Clearly defined policy. Service trucks are in good shape. Work is mostly fun. You can be a hero and fix gas leaks and keep people warm in the winter.

Cons

Training program is present, but lackluster. Often you will be in a figure-it-out situation. Top heavy in management and you get the feeling shareholders and their boats/multiple houses are more important than bulk plant maintenance and employee comfort. The biggest driver here is making sure the numbers look good so the poop doesn’t roll downhill rather than building a great team through facility enhancements and employee satisfaction. Classic corporate environment.

Worthless Company

Pros

I cannot think of any.

Cons

Low pay for a lot of work and stress. Manager just sits in her office and plays on her phone or is on Facebook or talks to her friend who works in the office. Manager takes a smoke break every hour with her friend and are out there at least 15 each time. She also liked to hover over people while they worked and micro-managed. The whole company overcharges for propane and will shut your gas off in the middle of winter if you even missed 1 payment and would pull you off your payment plan meaning that your entire balance is due now. Heartless. Manager would also leave early every day and make personal calls all day long while you even have to make one personal call and you get a rude look.
