Pros

- Free 6 Inch Subs - A lot of freedom since there's not a lot of people working - When it's slow it's super easy

Cons

- Horrible management and ownership at the franchise I worked at - When it gets busy and you're working alone it's bad - Rude/weird customers - Extremely common question I was asked when working late shifts: "Are you working alone tonight?"

Pros

- Free lunch - Relatively easy

Cons

- Signed up for part time, but was worked 20-25 hours a week and was criticized for requesting less hours (I was in full time school at the time) - Schedule wouldn't be released until the day before the next work week - Unclear communication - Management refused to let me take sick days (leading to me being forced to quit when I had to go to the hospital and they wouldn't listen) - Rude and lazy coworkers - Criticized for not picking up shifts when only given an hour's notice
