Cons

Long hours, crappy pay, always short staffed, pay min wage to employees (who wants to work for min wage?) honestly, don't do it. Even if you're desperate.

Overall a pain in the butt

Pros

You get a lot of hours and get to make your own schedule, however if someone decides to quit or not show up, you have to work it. You get free meals ever four hours. (One six inch basic sub made to formula)

Cons

Stressful. They expect you to do everything and if something goes wrong it falls on you. Hours are inconsistent and overtime is strictly off limits.
