Pros

Free lunch daily, get 40 hours a week, great line employees. Over all the flow is good and the job is easy to maintain with all of the protocols in place.

Cons

The pay isn't high enough, the lack of communication from DMs and RMs to management is bad. The biggest part is that there are no benefits and the likelihood of making it past a manager position is slim to none.
